  • Can I try on dresses in person?
    We are an online-only bridal shop, so we do not offer in-person appointments. However, our virtual consultations are designed to provide you with personalized styling advice and dress recommendations.
  • What products do you offer?
    We offer a curated selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, veils, jewelry, shoes, and other accessories. Our focus is on providing a personalized online shopping experience, making it easy for brides to find the perfect dress and accessories for their special day.
  • Do you offer bespoke wedding dresses or accessories?
    At this time, we do not offer bespoke or custom-made wedding dresses or accessories. We focus on offering a wide variety of pre-designed wedding dresses and accessories that can fit a range of styles and budgets.
  • Do you clean wedding dresses?
    We do not provide wedding dress cleaning services. We recommend having your dress professionally cleaned by a reputable service after your wedding day to preserve its beauty.
  • How do I know which size to choose?
    We provide detailed size charts and guides for each dress style on our product pages. We recommend measuring yourself using our guidelines to find the best fit, and you can always contact us for advice during your consultation.
  • Do you offer alterations or customizations?
    Currently, we do not offer in-house alterations or customizations to the dresses. We recommend working with a local tailor or alterations specialist for any changes to the dress once you’ve made your purchase.
  • How long does it take for my dress to arrive?
    Most dresses take 8-14 days to arrive from the United States and 14-28 days for International after placing your order, depending on the design. If you have a shorter timeline, contact us to discuss rush options or expedited shipping. View shipping rates and processing times here
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Please check our shipping page for more details.
  • What if I need my dress sooner than expected?
    If you're in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to expedite shipping or offer you a dress that is already in stock for quicker delivery.
  • Can I rent a wedding dress?
    Currently, we only offer rental services for sample dresses through our Try-at-Home service. You can try on a variety of dresses in the comfort of your home before making a purchase.
  • What is your Try-at-Home Service?
    Our Try-at-Home service allows you to rent sample dresses to try on at home before making a final decision. Choose up to 3 dresses, and we’ll ship them directly to you. After trying them on, simply return them 7 days, and if you love one, you can place your order for the final dress.
  • How should the dress fit?
    Please don’t be discouraged if the dress isn’t a perfect fit—this is completely normal! Even brides who special order gowns from traditional boutiques require alterations. Common Alterations: Bust cups, hemming, adding a bustle, and slimming the bodice at the side seams. Sizing Flexibility: Most gowns can be taken in 2-3 sizes by an experienced seamstress without compromising the design. Need Fit Advice?   • How should I care for the dress?
    The gown you are trying on will soon be a bride’s dream dress—maybe even yours! To keep it in perfect condition, please follow these guidelines: Handle with Care: Before unzipping the garment bag, place your hand or finger behind the zipper to prevent snags. Keep It Clean: Avoid food, drinks, and pets during your try-on. Celebrate with family and friends after saying "yes!" to the dress. Lost Beads or Buttons? Don’t worry! Place any loose items in the garment bag pocket and notify your stylist via email. Damage Policy: We understand minor wear happens, but excessive damage may result in a non-refundable deposit. Thank you for treating your try-on gown with love!
  • Can I talk to a stylist?

  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days. However, if your dress is damaged or defective, please contact us right away, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Our Try-at-Home service allows you to try dresses before committing to a final purchase.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Yes. Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are custom-ordered and cannot be altered. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods. You can also choose financing options through services like Klarna or Afterpay for installment payments.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them on our website under Gifts Cards, and they make the perfect gift for brides-to-be, bridesmaids, or wedding guests. We do not accept store-bought gift cards. If a gift card not purchased from our store is used, your order will be canceled, and you will be permanently banned from purchasing on our site.
  • How do I book a virtual consultation?
    You can easily book a virtual consultation here. Once we receive your request we will send you an email with the scheduling link. You can choose a time that works for you. During your consultation, our stylist will help you choose the perfect dress based on your preferences, body type, and wedding theme.
  • Can I book a consultation for my bridesmaids?
    No! We do not offer virtual consultations for bridesmaids as we do not sell bridesmaids dresses at this time. Our service focuses on selecting a dress that complements your wedding theme and suit their personal style.
  • What video conferencing platforms do you offer for virtual bridal consultations?
    We offer consultations via Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp for your convenience. During the booking process, simply select Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp as your preferred option. If you choose Zoom, you'll need to download the Zoom app if you haven’t already. FaceTime requires an Apple device, and WhatsApp works on both iOS and Android.
  • How will I receive the meeting link?
    If you choose Zoom, we’ll send you a meeting link via email. For FaceTime and WhatsApp, we’ll contact you directly at your scheduled time using the number you provide.
  • What if I miss the meeting? Can I reschedule or call back?
    We understand that things come up! If you miss your scheduled meeting, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule. We’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Unfortunately, we may not be able to take unscheduled callbacks, so rescheduling is recommended.
  • What number will you be calling me from for FaceTime and WhatsApp meeting?
    We will provide the number we will call you from in the confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam folderin case our email ends up there. The email will be sent from theorlandobridalshop@gmail.com. REMINDER: For FaceTime and WhatsApp, we’ll contact you directly at your scheduled time using the number you provide.
  • Can I change my preferred video call method after booking?
    Yes! Just email us at theorlandobridalshop@gmail.com and let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like to switch to a different platform.
  • How do I stay updated on new arrivals and promotions?
