Refund Policy

Return & Final Sale Policy:

All in-store purchases are final sale.

Bridal gowns purchased on TheOrlandoBridalShop.com that are not marked as “final sale” may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery with a $25 restocking fee. Security tags must be intact, and the gown must be in its original condition to be returned. Accessories and Wedding Dress Preservation Kits are final sale. All gowns purchased through our discontinued Luxe in a Box at-home try-on service are final sale.
 

All Try-At-Home rental items eligible for return must be returned within 7 days of delivery

Bridal gowns will be shipped in a garment bag and packaged with care. The Orlando Bridal Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives with damages, you are required to contact The Orlando Bridal Shop on the date of delivery. Please include photos and delivery details. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Final Sale Items:

All items marked as final sale cannot be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories or wedding preservation kits. If you are unsure about purchasing an item, we do encourage you to contact us before completing the checkout process.

Extensive measures are taken to disclose details of wear and tear of items. By reading this and purchasing this item, you understand the item is a sample. The Orlando Bridal Shop host pop up shops where customers try on items and can purchase in person. Occasionally, this can cause "shop dust or dirt" to accumulate on the bottoms of gowns. Most items can be spot cleaned by a reputable dry cleaner.

Defective or Incorrect Items: 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
