Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

The Orlando Bridal Shop reserves the right to update the shipping policy at any time. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery, and weather conditions. It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments. Restrictions may apply.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated. International shipping fees vary by destination.

Please note, additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Continental USA:

$25 standard shipping per gown

$100 expedited shipping per gown

$15 standard shipping per accessory

Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international orders.

International:

Shipping may range in price from $150 - $500

There may be additional taxes/duties/fees upon arrival that the customer will be responsible for.

All sales are final on gowns shipped internationally

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Orlando Bridal Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues.

In rare cases, extreme delays may cause deliveries to take approximately 6-8 weeks. Rush options may be available upon request.

Damages:

The Orlando Bridal Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives with damages, you are required to contact The Orlando Bridal Shop on the date of delivery or within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include photos and delivery details. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
